    Chapter 01

    From instrument selection to operational lab

    Setting up a lab is rarely about a single instrument purchase. Most lab projects span instrumentation, consumables, calibration services, technician training, and downstream qualification. Our role is to take the whole package off the lab manager's plate — quotation, supplier coordination, freight, customs, installation, validation, and training.

    We support clinical pathology labs, public-health laboratories, biotechnology research labs, university teaching labs, and quality-control laboratories serving food, water, and pharmaceutical industries.

    Chapter 03

    Calibration, validation, and IQ/OQ/PQ

    Regulated labs need installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ) documentation for every relevant instrument. We coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ either directly with the manufacturer or with accredited calibration partners in-country, and supply the resulting documentation as part of the deliverable.

    For clinical labs preparing for ISO 15189 accreditation, this documentation is essential evidence in the technical inspection. We make sure it ships with the instrument, not three months later.

    Chapter 04

    Lab refurbishment and relocation projects

    We support labs undergoing refurbishment or relocation: phased equipment replacement, decommissioning of legacy instruments, environmental survey for the new space, and validation of equipment in the new location. The scope is project-managed end-to-end with named accountability against agreed milestones.

    Chapter 05

    Consumables and reagents — long-term supply

    Lab consumables (tips, tubes, plates, reagents, controls) are a recurring spend. We structure consumables supply on framework agreements with agreed pricing and lead-time SLAs, including reagent kits with batch consistency commitments. Cold-chain reagents are handled under monitored cold-chain logistics.
