    Chapter 01

A global supplier network designed for healthcare buyers

A truly global supplier network for medical equipment is not about claiming to cover everywhere — it is about having qualified, working relationships in the regions that matter, with the supplier types your buyers need. Our network is built around exactly that: active, qualified relationships across the major medical-device manufacturing and distribution geographies, supporting buyers in markets where they want to procure.

    Chapter 02

What 'verified supplier' means in our network

Every supplier in our global network is qualified against the same Supplier Verification Process — corporate verification, manufacturing or distribution capability, QMS / regulatory standing, financial stability, and post-market vigilance. The qualification is captured in a Supplier File that is refreshed annually. Suppliers that fail re-qualification are suspended until the gap is resolved.

This means buyers benefit from documented qualification without having to run it themselves. For buyers with their own supplier-qualification requirements (e.g. an internal QMS that requires distributor qualification of upstream suppliers) we can share qualification summaries under NDA.

    Chapter 03

    Regional structure of the network

Our network is organised by region because regulatory pathways, freight economics, after-sales presence, and commercial norms vary by region. For any sourcing requirement we usually shortlist suppliers across at least two regions, so the buyer gets a comparable view of total cost of ownership across origins.

    • United Kingdom: UK-resident OEMs, authorised distributors, and contract manufacturers
    • European Union: OEMs across Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Nordic countries
    • North America: US and Canadian OEMs across imaging, diagnostics, surgical, and IVD
    • Middle East: regional distributors, authorised in-country partners
    • Africa: regional distributors and selected African-manufacturing partners
    • South Asia: Indian OEMs across IVD, hospital furniture, single-use devices
    • South-East Asia: Singapore- and Malaysia-based distribution hubs, regional manufacturers
    • East Asia: Japanese OEMs, Korean OEMs, Chinese manufacturers across multiple categories

    Chapter 04

How buyers use the global supplier network

Hospitals and clinics use the network to access supplier breadth they could not realistically maintain themselves — qualifying 30+ international suppliers internally is not a viable use of clinical procurement time. Distributors use the network to expand their portfolio quickly with pre-qualified manufacturers. Ministry-of-health buyers use the network for multi-region shortlisting on competitive tenders. NGOs and humanitarian buyers use the network for emergency procurement against compressed timelines.

    Chapter 05

    Continuous monitoring

Qualification is not static. Between formal re-qualifications, we monitor publicly available signals on every active supplier — regulator action lists, product recalls, sanctions updates, financial-distress signals. Suppliers with material concerns are flagged and either re-qualified earlier or suspended pending review.
