TRADER PARTNERS LTD is a UK-registered sourcing and procurement company. Our role is to verify that the products we source carry the manufacturer certification and regulatory documentation the destination market requires — and to evidence it before you order.
What our compliance role covers
TRADER PARTNERS LTD is not a manufacturer, a notified body or a regulator. We do not hold CE marking, UKCA marking, FDA registration, MHRA approval or ISO certification in our own name, and we do not present ourselves as an authorised distributor for any manufacturer. Those statuses belong to the manufacturer of a specific product. What we do is verify that status per product and per market, obtain the supporting documents, and pass them to you with the goods.

We meet our obligations as a UK-registered company under Companies House requirements, and we trade in line with applicable UK export-control, sanctions and customs rules.
Documentation you can audit
Each consignment ships with the manufacturer and shipping documentation the buyer and the destination market require — certificates, declarations, IFUs and traceability records.
Standards at product level
Regulatory status such as CE marking, UKCA, FDA clearance or ISO 13485 certification is held by the manufacturer for a specific device. We verify it per product and per destination market.

Responsible sourcing
Four checks sit behind every offer we issue. Each one produces a record a buyer or an auditor can follow.
01Supplier due diligence
Before a supplier is added to our network we check corporate standing, ownership and sanctions exposure, manufacturing capability, quality-management evidence, and regulatory and inspection history. The findings are recorded in a supplier file.
02Product documentation checks
For medical devices we request the certificate number, issuing notified body, device family and expiry, and check them against the requirement of the destination market. For pharmaceutical materials we require the batch certificate of analysis, the specification and the safety data sheet.
03Trade and customs
We prepare customs documentation, commodity classification and, where relevant, temperature-controlled logistics with monitoring, so goods clear correctly in the receiving jurisdiction.
04Transparent dealing
We tell buyers the supply route for the goods we offer, we do not overstate our own status, and we will decline an order where the chain of custody or the end use cannot be satisfied.
